Bio: 

Ron was raised in the hills of Grayson and Clay Counties of Kentucky.  Ron’s travels, both personal and professional, have provided him with information regarding the Bluegrass State.   From the Appalachian Mountains to the Western Kentucky cornfields, KY Colonel Ron Gambrell has the Bluegrass state etched into his soul. With degrees in science and business, Ron taught part time between various miscellaneous adventures including Ron Gambrell Music Inc., Value Lift Improvements, and Rough River Publishing LLC.

Information will be presented on the history of his home counties of Grayson and Clay Counties along with the history of bourbon whiskey’s impact upon Kentucky History.
